Ways To Bulk Up On The Goodstuff!
July 11th, 2007- a shot of V8 = one portion of fruit
- dried fruit = easy to carry bags
- a handful of nuts = long lasting energy
- hearty vegetable soups (chop then chuck into the largest pot you have, add veggie stock, season to taste, and freeze any leftovers)
- OJ in the morning
- lettuce and fresh veggies - bagged & pre-washed or raw and ready
- fruit smoothies - with fresh frozen fruit
- whole fruits that can be eaten without prep work (apples, bananas, grapes,… ) = terrific snacks for people on the go
