Ways To Bulk Up On The Goodstuff!

  1. a shot of V8 = one portion of fruit
  2. dried fruit = easy to carry bags
  3. a handful of nuts = long lasting energy
  4. hearty vegetable soups (chop then chuck into the largest pot you have, add veggie stock, season to taste, and freeze any leftovers)
  5. OJ in the morning
  6. lettuce and fresh veggies - bagged & pre-washed or raw and ready
  7. fruit smoothies - with fresh frozen fruit
  8. whole fruits that can be eaten without prep work (apples, bananas, grapes,… ) = terrific snacks for people on the go
