We need to breathe

Being tense or distressed causes so much in our bodies to freeze up. We don’t blink. We hold ourselves rigid, or we slouch, and we don’t breathe.

Someone - maybe a yogi friend - recommended I try using four-count breaths in and five-count breaths out. And don’t forget to blink. Blinking is good :0)
